  This branch is awful. I have to go here for work and every single time it’s a hassle. The customer is never right at this branch. It’s the closest and most convenient for me, but I’m seriously going to have to go to a different branch. They treat me like I’m trash when I’m in there. The woman who helped me today kept talking over me and was super rude. Another banker had to come over to help her and then she was super rude to me as well. I don’t personally have an account there, but I have to cash checks there frequently for my job bc they have an account with them. I’ve spoken to other people I work with who have used that branch and they’ve all pretty much had the same experience that I’ve had and they all have chosen to use a different branch.

  transferred money from my daughters account to mine , we both bank at fifth third and it never transferred but it was taken out of my b=daughters acct.? had to call and they cant fix it on the phone, I was very busy and didnt have time to go to bank twice for their mistake and not at all happy!

  I do not recommend this branch. I have tried banking with them multiple times and have had issues each time.

  I am not happy that i can't get through when i call the direct line. I have been calling and the phone hangs up

  Bad sevisio to the customer saw doors before time ... call 8 min before they saw the bank namas left me waiting. Bad service .close door before the time..i called before they close .they got me waiting..😡
