      I have to take back what I said before. They went above and beyond to help make it happen for us. I was just upset. I want to apologize for the bad review and thank Carol so much for all her hard work on this she is awesome.

      Customer service is very bad. They charge you to cash a check even if you have an account. They also said I had to open an account in order to deposit money into someone else account. The branch manager with the British accent is very careless and rude doesn't answer questions and is degrading. I understand all the bad reviews.

      The absolute worst bank I have ever had an account with. The manager, (British man) is beyond rude, told me he didn’t know what to do and would not cash my paycheck without a fee AND I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I’m not PAYING A FEE TO CASH MY CHECK WHEN I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. WHY would I do that?! The customer service is just terrible.

      I just made a CASH DEPOSIT thru the drive thru by handing her my account card with the account number they wrote on it. I asked for a printout and came home. I looked at "my" printout. The balance is INCORRECT. I did not recognize any of the transactions. THE ACCOUNT IS NOT MINE. Deb put my money in someone else's account. I AM LIVID. Thinking very seriously of CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS.
