  Never felt so welcomed by a credit union! Helped us understand benefits of being a member, made sure we are protected in all the ways necessary. Then we got a loan and Carrie really took care of us, she made sure everything lined up and that it all made sense before signing and even helped lower the interest rate with options. 5 STAR Credit Union all the way!!!

  I been with this bank for over 30 years. They have help me on my vehicle loans with low interest and half of the gap insurance which other places are very high. They are very nice and do what ever they can to keep there members happy

  I needed to transfer a large amount of money from my savings account to someone, using online service while out of state. . Was able to get that accomplished with friendly assistance at the Preferred Credit Union in Ludington Mi. I highly recommend their ser vices. They have been helpful in other situations also.

  I came in super flustered today and Megan turned a stressful situation completely around and was so helpful. I was unaware of a policy about checking and she helped me through everything. Then as I was walking out she let someone know that they needed to wear a mask inside which was just the icing on the cake. I have a son with cancer and am so stressed about the virus and was so thankful to see someone standing their ground. Seriously can’t recommend this place enough.

  Very good banking institution to work with! Always willing to help with anything that you have questions about! Very friendly and usually on a first name basis which makes me feel more secure that they know who they are doing business with and your business will be handled correctly! In today's world you can't be to careful! I feel secure doing my business at Preferred Credit Union!

  My Husband and I worked with Rob Kennedy to refinance our home mortgage. Rob was polite, efficient and the process was quick and simple. We would highly recommend Rob to anyone who needs a new mortgage or refinance. This entire Credit Union has an outstanding staff and the customer service is fantastic!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Robert Kennedy for a mortgage. I had attempted to work with a bank but they quickly proved to be irritating which brought me to Preferred Credit Union. Robert made the process so much less stressful than I had feared. The process went so well that I will be changing over all of my banking to Preferred! Thank you for proverbially holding my hand and helping my children and I start a new chapter in our lives!

  Opened both a check and savings account today. Originally I contacted another local CU but it took them 3 days to reply to my application on-line and via a phone call I was told I needed to come in to apply. PCU called me the next day and was asked to come to the branch to complete the application and they used the information I provided on-line. Happy Old Guy here.

  Very friendly staff, always willing to assist me with whatever I need even though my normal CU is out of town. I usually see Megan when I stop in, she is very nice. This would be my main CU if I lived in Ludington!
