      Went to buy a PlayStation 4 1TB. Come to find out the hard drive on it is ruined. It runs really slow doesn’t let me play a single game. Bad business. DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS from this place. & he even asked if I wanted to purchase their “warranty” to be able to return it. Obviously I didn’t, but I will not be sending people there nor will I be going back myself.

      The employees don't know anything about what they are selling, they close early some days and today I was trying to pay my last payment on a gift I had on layaway (which I been paying off way faster since it was a gift indeed) and they wouldn't let me pay because the close at "6pm" and it was 6:01!! It seriously piss me off that they are all chilling inside the store and they wouldn't even let me pay..smh now I have to wait till monday.

      When in hand best customer service workers were graceful and help me out with any thing I needed and lent me reasonable on my merchandise but I still dont understand why other customers complain they're just big crybaby its the becouse they don't understand what up with the pawn business and expect to get new value on everything they bring. And then want to buy it for all most notting. So stop crying and go to another pawn.
