  Needed a fast transaction with somewhat difficult financial statements. Dan came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. The transaction was seamless, smooth and ultimately we closed on time. Dan and his team kept in contact throughout the entire process. Dan has a reputation in the industry as one of the best, he did right by us. I’d encourage anyone needing financing to give Dan a call sooner rather than later. The process can be a little nerve racking trying to meet the sellers dead lines.
