  Me and my love came to Fidelity to open an account. Supervisor Tiffany went over and beyond out of her way to make the experience amazing. She was on point upfront and she has an amazing personality. We enjoyed our time in Fidelity and will be coming to this branch whenever we need to use our bank. Love love love Tiffany and her amazing job she did.

  I went to this location and it was closed due to "Covid" concerns. I have had Fidelity Bank for about 20 years. Every year their services and service gets worse. I do not recommend.

  I used to love banking with Fidelity , until recently. Fidelity "thinks" they are making things easier and convienent for customers with recent building upgrades. I have to say I find the upgrades to be less personable, and at the drive thru it's not even a live person in the branch. Now they are doing telephone banking at the drive thru, and it's like a screen with an employee talking from another branch. They have decided to add all these rediculous fees to customers accounts. I go in and ask for a statement, and they charge a fee. Are you kidding me? If you misplace your debit card it's an additional fee to replace. It's just not a real convenient place to bank anymore. Plus they took out all their Walmart branches, which was awesome to have due to people being able to bank later. I'm going to look for a new bank soon. I miss the old personable atmosphere!

  I wanted to open an account today with fidelity bank, I went around 11:10am and one clerk told me that wouldn't be able to open my account due to time they closed in 50 mins worst service ever I didn't feel welcomed there like they didn't want my business at all. The clerk didn't even get my information at least to show interest, some people have great experiences here but not me I would never recommend them to anyone.
