  It's hard to give stars because the staff at the pawn shop it's self are supper nice and helpful and great with kids. Now on the other hand the tax people don't know what they are doing. The one lady I worked with wouldn't stay in her chair to work with me for longer that 5 minutes at a time, she didn't know how to read my W2 and didn't seem to have any experience on the filing system. I understand the system was new but she claimed to be the manager so she should have been well practiced in order to help customers and other employees. I decided not to file with them and went elsewhere.

  Elizabeth helped us soooo much today! She was so patient while we looked at merchandise and answered every single one of our questions! We are so happy with our purchase ☺️

  I usually do all my business at the harry and Broadway store but today they told me that they were unable to do any pawns or loans and I was also there to pick up my birthday present they got for me cuz my bday was September the 10th and so they also told me that they haven't gotten the presents in yet so we decided to go to the harry and Oliver and they set me right up plus they gave me my bday present thank you guys at work at Harry and Oliver

  I just left this location and was extreemly impressed with the friendliness and service of the employees (esp KTG and the manager). They didn't push a sale and seemed to go the extra step to make my visit special. I went in looking to buy a simple tool and left with numerous items at very reasonable prices. Thank you!

  Went in today had a rude lady before i took my stuff there i called lady said we just make sure stuff works. I had to hook up everything. They never said they had to take things apart. I had to walk over 2miles just to get turned down on a loan. I paid my pawn up in September to where i had 90 days it would get pulled it got pulled in 60 and sold it in November!! Here its Dec and my stuff is gone!!

  Had a great experience here, our salesperson Ken was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating, bought a guitar amp, we were set up with a guitar to test the amp and everything! We will be back next month or so for a guitar!

  The sales lady Juanita was very helpful showed me anything I asked about and explain it all in detail for me. Told me about the sale that they're having Friday from 5 to 8 definitely recommend A-OK pawn shop to anyone and everyone

  Nate is excellent very nice professional and courteous he explains things thoroughly he does a wonderful job and the price is the lowest in town
