  We lost $5,000 because of this company! We were accepted for a mortgage before covid 19 came to the states. We chose a house and everything was fine until three days before closing they told us we were no longer approved because of covid-19 restrictions. My fiance and I put down the money owed, had the house inspected and appraised, and did EVERYTHING this company asked us to do for them to take away our loan days before closing because of restrictions?!? Not only is that completely unfair but also unprofessional and we are seeking legal action against movement mortgage. I would NEVER recommend this company if my life depended on it.

  In all my transactions with Keith he has been absolutely ON TARGET! He actually answers his phone on the weekends & never waits for more than 24 hours to return a call (rare find in this industry). He is honest & my clients have been happy with his service. He is on point with his calculations & discusses issues immediately. He can close a loan quicker in crazy speed time. He is well versed in VA, FHA, Rehab loans & conventional. He is the entire lending package rolled up in one guy!

  Professional, fast, and knowledgeable. I worked with Rich Cohen and he was stellar -- from the very beginning of the process through closing. Rich even directed me to a another company for one refinance because he felt they would do it better / cheaper for that specific type of refi! During my refinance with Movement, we hit a few speed bumps along the way (admittedly my fault); however, Rich and team were quick to clean up the mess and ensure a quick closing (in a way that I had not experienced with other mortgage brokers in the past). Five stars, would recommend.

  If you care about deadlines I would steer clear of this place. We submitted funds for an appraisal the first week of Jan and didn't receive word untill Jan 20th, 5day before my due diligence deadline, that they were unable to find a contractor to preform the task that we had paid for. May I add the representative demonstrated the nastiest disposition. When we requested to terminate our agreement she replied back "okay I will mark it as LOAN DENIED" . Which seems illegal seeing as how we never moved forward with processing.

  From the very beginning of the loan process to the day of closing, everthing went exceptionally smooth. I think Keith Ennis is wonderful, has a great personality makes you feel comfortable with the entire process. I would highly recommend Keith and Movement Mortgage to others seeking a mortgage.
