chad ace1They claim to be very veteran friendly. This is my 1st deployment with them since they bought out my local bank. Horrible. Fees out of the wazoo and told lots of miss information. Might be changing to USAA or something else because this is ridiculous on how the system doesn't work for veterans and their main excuse it the card that they use charges it not them.

Ryan Rutt1Truly the worst banking experience. It’s always a hassle to cash checks and use a debit card with them. I was harassed and questioned by two ladies there all because I was a college kid cashing a decent check. They also close randomly and nothing works, the ATMs are always down! Save yourself the headaches and DONT take your finances here! Your finances should not be such a hassle but they make it one.
Response from the ownerWe’re sorry to hear about your disappointment with Fidelity Bank, and would like to try and make things right. Please call us at 1-800-388-4380. We value your business and would like the opportunity to discuss more.

Montana Cassaro5Thank you for reaching out to me regarding the change in the machine that was left behind. I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy day, and making a point to make sure that the money was returned. Thanks again.

Savannah Caggiano1I was told I would be refunded an overdraft fee, waited all day, called twice and even went there, then then girl told me to call the next day because her “manager didn’t get to it.” The next day I called I was told to call Martin’s Creek merchants bank, as I did. Connie said she’d call me back after she looked over my account. I waited 5 hours, called back and she said that she couldn’t. I shouldn’t have been told they could if they couldn’t. Bunch of liars!

Claire Atherton1Worst service ever. Never return calls. Refused to add a cosigner to the family trust. We've been trying to get this done for 3 weeks all we get is "we'll call you back." They have never called back. We are looking forward to closing all the family accounts there.

Lisa Labar1After 4 months of cashing checks made out to me from their bank they refused to cash them....their reason...the manager Diane said we are now taking our not cashing checks of non customers seriously ....after threatening to close the bank account of someone who wanted to withdraw money from their own checking account....very bad Business...tellers are rude...I want to know why they are just now taking things seriously....need her gone...I would not recommend this bank to anyone!!!!! The tellers are rude..I have lived in the area for over 30 years and have never been made to feel so low....They need to clean house and rethink the way they handle their bank and treat people...I deal with Wells Fargo because of the amount of money I have in the bank and for good reason...I would not want my money held hostage if I need to make a substantial withdrawal...being threatened with shutting down my account ....

Dakota Piperato1Worse bank to ever go through. They tell you one thing and then when something happens it’s the total opposite of what they told you.
