  We recently moved to Martinsville and we were looking for a new local bank. When we called to see if we would need an appointment pam was very helpful and very pleasant. When we arrived the manager Larissa was handling a difficult customer and after she was finished she waited on us. The customer was being very rude but she handled him professionally. When she waited on us you would never know she just had a difficult customer. She was very friendly and helpful. Not only did she sign us up she took the time to explain each feature even walking us through the online app sign up and showed us how to navigate each app. We look forward to banking with Fidelity Bank because of the above and beyond customer service we received.

  I have been dealing with this bank since I was in high school. It has changed its name many times over the years but still have the same excellent service. The staff is the key to being successful. The staff are the best. I would never think about changing banks as long as you continue to have an outstanding staff. Sincerely Jerry & Karen Tiller

  This bank literally in front of me had to google what a treasures check is. So ironic the nearest credit union didnt. Probably a really good bank if you dropping a couple hundred bucks but five and six figures they dont know what to do with it. Thanks but no thanks

  Jennifer and the entire branch have always given me excellent service. I have banked with Fidelity bank for as long as I can remember. I trust them with all my banking needs. We even started both our boys financial journeys with Fidelity bank to include checking and savings accounts. We also love the covience of all the online services they offer. While you're in the area check it out. They will treat you like family. Would never bank anywhere else. Thanks guys.

  All tellers are courteous each time I visit the branch. All business account representatives are courteous and professional and always there to help with anything we need. We value our relationship with Fidelity Bank very much.

  I would recommend Fidelity Bank to all. The level of care that is given by everyone at the branches goes above and beyond. They are professional, courteous and efficient. Whenever there is a question or advice needed the turnaround time is very quick.
