Amber Adkins1Do not bank here. They Maintenance feed my boyfriend till they completely overdrafted him and red flagged him so he couldn't go to another bank. Mind you he had money saved in that account cause he was under the impression it would build over time. He had no notice of the maintenace fees or the over draft till he showed up to figure out the bank had basically stolen his money in the middle of a pandemic by maintenance feeing him. Then they tried to give us this story of how the debt had to be paid off with a valid bank account or bank card when they prevented him from getting another account. So of coarse being the freaking queen I am I said fine can I pay? The representative asked where I bank and the second she found out it was a military bank she became polite again and stopped giving us a hassle when all of this was the banks fault anyways.

Eric Bozek1Switched to Fidelity from PNC roughly 3 years ago. Awful, awful decision. Minimal ATMs in the area, fees for EVERYTHING, shotty mobile app experience that often crashes when making check deposits of transferring funds from accounts. Have to run to the bank during the work week? They close at 5 and have very few locations that are quickly accessible. Genuinely believed signing up for a local bank would lead to better customer service and a friendlier experience. These people offer no wiggle room whatsoever. If you are considering the switch, ask them to present to you a list of all fees that they charge. You will easily spend $100+ a year on absolute nonsense with this bank, even if you are responsible with your money. Want to modify your savings account to automatically transfer funds to your checking account so you don't overdraft? There's a fee for that. Want to manually transfer funds to ensure you don't overdraft? Better make sure it's done before 5 PM or you're getting a fee. If it's done at 5:01 PM, you missed the deadline. There is literally not one perk of signing up for this bank. More fees than any major bank, and no perks whatsoever like signing up for a credit union. Awful customer service and banking experience all around. I couldn't say it enough, do not waste your time or energy considering switching to Fidelity.

Jeffrey Gouse5Always greeted with courtesy. Just wish they had more branches around the Wyoming Valley. Their mortgage department is fantastic too! Great, flexible terms for first-time homeowners, and their Mortgage Officer made the entire process painless for us!

Al S.1By far the worst bank I have ever been involved with in my entire life I signed off on a Saturday with Jessica Rosengrant for two weeks we couldn’t log into our mobile app because we couldn’t figure it out and we did on our own because she put the same Social Security number down for both of us then my wife kept having trouble logging into her account because they spelled her name wrong the easiest name in America Ashley yes they messed that up . So yesterday everybody knows we got a little snow yesterday was February 7 though to prove how much more the bank has trash there they closed early so I went in to pay on a payment that I had to make and because they closed early they fauleted on my account my payment because they were not there So I called and asked them to waive the fee and I would be in a make the payment they told me they couldn’t do that because it’s general knowledge that I should be able to put the money in the Mac machine or nobody’s ever told me that and only a business account usually only ever does that and how would I ever have known that if you Artie tell if you already read in the my review of what I read in the beginning how would I ever known that if that’s how my counter to get started off it was already a joke the way it started I should’ve close right there and went to PNC like I’m going to today
