  I’ve been to this bank 3 xs in one week and today I thought WOW THEY ARE CLOSED AGAIN ON A MONDAY???? Then a teller appeared out of nowhere the place looks like a ghost town :(

  The manager there at Kingston Corners is Brian. I had an unusual situation with ACH and he spent plenty of time on this, making 100% sure that everything was hammered out correctly. Very capable and also pleasant. I did see a bad review criticizing the manager, but there must be some mistake. Either there was a previous manager or else the customer accidentally posted their review for the wrong branch.

  The worst manager of any bank I’ve ever used in 45 years of banks. Donna is the best teller but the manager is pitiful. Zero stars for Citizens understaffed so you use the ATM

  I've been using this bank for about 3 years and have had almost no positive experiences. The actual bank is almost always understaffed and they are rarely helpful. I'm closing my accounts as soon as possible.

  Wish I could give it zero stars. Had more than several bad experiences here. Unfortunately it's the closest place to do banking. Time to open an account with a credit union because this company is crooked as a question mark.

  A fair and honest Bank to do business with would recommend getting credit cards bank cards and accounts through them
