  Best bank and by far the VERY BEST customer service. Billie Wilson and all the ladies that work the drive through window are fantastic. They take the time to get to know you and always call you by your name when they see you. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a bank that will be attentive and supportive...such a positive experience.

  I’ve never had the experience at any other banking institution that I’ve had at Fidelity Bank, Gibsonville and specifically with branch manager, Billie Wilson. (Although everybody else I’ve spoken with has also been super friendly and kind!) I’m new to Fidelity, and it’s been obvious to me from the beginning that I’m actually a valued customer. Billie has been so helpful and supportive, and my questions are answered promptly and with patience and care. She also has a real knack for translating financial speak into understandable lay terms. At this point, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for our banking needs. For the first time in my life, I LOVE MY BANK!

  I've had an account with Fidelity for over two years now. Fidelity Bank in Gibsonville goes above and beyond for their customers. They are wonderful to work with! Ms. Billie Wilson and her staff are phenomenal. I highly recommend their services. They work extremely hard for their clients. They have always been such a pleasure to work with! They are fantastic!

  Started banking at this Fidelity location a little over a year ago. All the ladies at the branch are absolutely wonderful! They are friendly beyond measure, and they go beyond what is expected in serving the customer. Hometown feeling that reminds me of how banking should be!

  Needing a financial institution change in my life, I chose Fidelity bank in Gibsonville, first because of the manner in which I was treated and respected as a business owner, and secondly, because of the fine customer service from the tellers at this branch. From the beginning Billy Wilson guided me with her charm and grace and has a propensity for teaching about her institution with ease. I need four separate accounts for personal and professional use. She sold me on building my credit with a new credit card as well. The women at the counter NEVER say no and that they go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with each request.
