  I haven't used my debit card since November and it has been in my wallet since. Rec'd a text alert the other day asking me if I made a purchase online. I replied NO then called the 800#. The rep I spoke with assured me the card was already canceled and the transaction that I did not recognize was not approved. Then I went to the branch for a new atm card. I noticed a few days later the charge was in fact approved and after I called again, they told me they had no record of me ever speaking with anyone there. Now I am stuck with a charge for something that I did not approve and there is no way for me to contact the spam company that charged me as there are no phone numbers that I can find.

  We apologize for your experience. While this is rare, it does sometimes occur. In this case, it seems the vendor presented the transaction to your account and then charged after the fact. At your convenience, please call us at 1.800.388.4380 and a Fidelity Banker will file a dispute in order to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible.

  This bank is terrible. The due date for my car loan is the 10th of every month. I am not enrolled in autopay because of the 4.95 "convenience fee" (convenient for whom?). Over the past 5 months now, I have not received a statement for June or May, and for April, March and February the statement arrives after the due date. Then I am forced to pay online and I HAVE to pay the "convenience fee". They don't send a statement, and I get charged extra to pay my bill. Once this loan is paid I won't invest a dime with any Fidelity bank. Big banks are horrible. Let's see if this review actually makes the cut.

  I get my invoice for my car payment the day before it's due..I asked twice about this and was told people are having trouble with their mail...all of my other bills dont seem to have a problem finding me on time.

  Lace cant give a call back. 4 separate times we were told we would hear back from them but never got a response. They told my brother he had the wrong paper work while trying to get a loan but then realized it was right after 2 days. They didnt want to do their jobs and is shows. Terrible

  Hands down the best bank in our area. The staff at Fidelity is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I refer all my friends and family to bank at Fidelity!

  If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible mortgage experience and even worse when I tried to refinance.
