  Coin counting machine short on count and bent and scraped some of the coins. If you are okay losing a few bucks then sure. My kids were a little disappointed as they'd been saving up and each were shorted just over a dollar. I showed video to the manager and she assured me the machine was audited and if you are short then you can just notify them and they'll credit you. But no way of them giving you money back from the machine, and she also assured me the machine was new. More hassle than it's worth but they insist you use it. Pleased with the customer service but still bewildered that they couldn't see the problem with the machine.

  I was applying for a loan and Sherri from the kelso location was so helpful and quick to getting back to me! She got my loan approved in a few hours and I could go pick up my check really quick and simple! Thank you fibre for hiring such amazing workers!!! Happy holidays! 😁

  Fiber federal employees have proven to be, a vigilant, competent company that watches over its members carefully. This leaves me with an extreme sense of security knowing that my banking needs will be done timely as well as efficiently. I've never felt so care of. I plan on being with them as long as my Grandma. For as long as I can remember she's banked with them. Keep up the Fantastic work!!!!!

  Impressive customer service today. I was greeted as I came in, the line moved quickly, and service with a smile. Happy to bank here and love this location. You can see management takes price in who they hire and the community they serve.

  I specifically came in before I was shipped overseas in the Army to tell them I was going to Korea and to please not shut my account down and they shut it down. My first month there I had no access to my money until a family member back in the states could physically go into the bank. I ended up switching banks.

  second visit to this specific branch and Kelso on the corner where everyone can see it coming to and from the green Bridge. is very kind and professional young lady by the name of Julia handled my transaction in a smooth&efficient manner. She was kind enough to answer a few questions I had and my visit was a good one considering my last visit was not so positive. On a scale 1 to 10 I give my previous visit a five.... thank you Julia for being kind, professional & able to smile!

  Always the best customer service here! I choose Fibre (specifically this branch) over all of the other Banks in kelso and Longview. I've been to many and nowhere else is as nice or willing to help their customers. Seriously you guys should work on your other branches though.

  Fraud detection called and said my account had been hacked. Went right down to bank and talked with them and had a new card within twenty minutes. Thank goodness for fraud protection!

  Fibre has always been good to me and my family. This location was especially under friendly. Probably will take my business to other branches. I wish their customer service carried over to all their branches.

  Joke of a bank. Youd be much better off using red canoe. Never seen such unwillingness to help. Thank god i dont trust this place with everything i have.
