  I reached out to Fernando to help with our home refinance, looking to take advantage of the low interest rates and get some cash out to help during the pandemic. I didn't go into it with very high hopes, as the last refinance we handled with someone else a few years ago was nothing short of a disaster. However, Fernando made the process so easy, managed my expectations very well, and explained everything in plain English which I really appreciated. The home finance journey can get very overwhelming very quickly given the massive amount of paperwork and financial terminology, but Fernando helped us navigate everything expertly. I highly recommend you reach out to him for your mortgage/ refinance needs! He is respectful, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about the outcome for his clients, which feels rare these days.   We found Fernando and Chase after searching many banks and mortgage companies. He and his staff were amazing...extremely helpful and completely transparent with any information. He spent a great deal of time on our initial call explaining, in detail, each program available to us, and the pros and cons of each...there was never any rush, nor pressure. When we had locked in our loan and rate, he continually updated us on the progress and any issues that came up; our original bank was very difficult in providing CEMA information and it took several months. During that delay Fernando and his assistant, Kim, were always in contact. When the CEMA information was finally received a little over 3 months later, our rate had actually dropped slightly and there were closing credits that Fernando applied which was a huge help. We would strongly recommend Fernando and Chase for any mortgage needs!
