  I first heard about Fellowship Home Loans over the radio and all that they said was very true! From start to completion of everything, my mortgage agent was on top of things. Always there to answer questions and continues to be until this day. God worked it out and I am truly blessed with the outcome.

  Due to raised property taxes our current monthly payment with another lender increased by over $200. We called Fellowship to refinance and spoke to Kevin. He was super nice and helpful from the beginning. After giving us options we did mention that we plan to sell our home next summer. Kevin just wanted to make sure we knew how much refinancing would add on to our balance even though it helped our monthly cash flow. This speaks volumes of this company and its employees. As a Christian, he was more concerned about us then making a sell. While we decided not to refinance I have to sing the praises of this man and this company. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or refinance. Good strong Christian values are hard to find in to today’s business world. But this company proves that it is out there and ready to assist you. Thank you Kevin and Fellowship Home Loans for living your life and running your company with such strong Christian values.

  I love Fellowship Home Loans. This is the second time I used them to refinance my home. They treat you like family right from the beginning. The staff always is interested in your goals and does their best to help you meet those goals. Jeanmarie and Bill make a superb team. They really made the process smooth and stress free.   I called Fellowship Home Loans after hearing an advertisment on my local radio station. They were super friendly and full of information on how I could refinance. From start to finish I was involved in everything. If there was a process I wasnt sure about they took the time to explain so I was comfortable moving forward. They are a faith based company which was very comforting to me. I was approved for the refiance in a matter of days and closed in less than 30 days. I would encourage anyone thinking of buying a home or refinancing to check Fellowship Home Loans out first.

  I have been going back and forth with fellowship home loans for the past 2-3 years. I wanted to refinance, but I never found it to be to my advantage. I reached out literally about a month ago to inquire about mortgage rates. They were lower than what I currently have, so I decided, let me go through the motions and see if this is a beneficial decision for me. Long story short I requested the person I previously spoke with Samantha Duckworth and it was all downhill from there. This was a great experience, Samantha was available when I needed her to be, she was professional and knowledgeable. She made the process of refinancing smooth and effortless. I was very pleased with refinancing with fellowship home loans, and having Samantha Duckworth as my go to person during the entire refinance process.

  I highly recommend William Maldonado Jr. for any home loan purchase or refinance. He definitely went above and beyond anything I could have asked or imagined. I am still amazed. He is there for you every step of the way! I would not hesitate to use him again should the need arise.

  I worked with Kevin and it was very positive experience. He kept me updated each day at start then it was less frequent as the paper work was completed. He is very polite and considerate , steadfast and motivating .It was such a delight to work with Kevin and complete the refinance in a record time in the pandemic.

  Our experience with Fellowship loans was a wonderful blessing! We would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs a home loan. We worked with at Nicole at the McKinney office and she was truly amazing. We had a situation that required us to prove a lot of details. She was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. Getting a mortgage loan can be a very overwhelming but Nicole was always informative, efficient but most admirably she was always very respectful and so kind. She was on top of every detail and kept everyone updated: lawyers, realtors, underwriter etc. At the end we got a great interest rate and our closing went very smoothly. We move in to our new home and we are first grateful to our Lord and secondly to Nicole at Fellowship loans. It is not usual to find this level of customer service nowadays.
