JohnB5In the past I have been to banks to get something notarized and had to sit and wait for a half hour, all the time being assured it would be just five minutes more. Here, several of the employees are notaries, and the one who took care of me was eager to help, offering me coffee, and taking care of some routine banking matters for me. As I was leaving, I asked if he knew where the nearest FedEx drop box was... he printed a list for me within a minute! This is not old fashioned courtesy, but a new high standard of customer care. An update seven months later...I needed to cash a check, visit my safe deposit, and get a document notarized. I stopped at the information center and was told to get on the teller line. After depositing my check, the teller notarized my signature and took me to the safe deposit boxes, after offering stairs or elevator. Now that's service!

Robert Mitchum2None to happy with Chase..... They recently shut down my card for suspicions of fraud, all fine and well..... But now they tell me it will take 5 to 7 business days to receive a new one..... They also informed me that my card will still work in the ATM for cash...... Well, it didn’t....... Needing this card, I stopped in to my local branch. Hoping to get a replacement there, Chase told me they no longer can do that. No card, no cash, I had to go through the teller to get money to hold me over until my new card arrives........ I was also informed by the teller that I could get my new card in 2 business days if I were willing to pay a 5 dollar fee, which of course I did...... My question is.......... Why wasn’t I informed of this last night over the phone call from Chase? Why am I forced to wait 5 to 7 days when I could get the card in 2? Then the 40 minute wait on the telephone just to ask a simple question ....... And then the answer which I know is totally false..... Sorry Chase Bank, it might be time to go elsewhere!

Andy H5So thankful they are open and running with 4 tellers at this time. Super critical for me to get some important things done in a timely fashion. Service is great and with a smile nonetheless during these tough time. Thank you!

Bob Rattner3The RVC branch generally gives good service, but cannot be reached by phone. The general service (800) number is staffed by people who don't speak English very well. and so, are useless. Hire American!! How do I get my home branch on the phone???????

Angus MacGregor2Called Chase on the phone to ask a question concerning a withdrawal on my account. The first thing the automated voice asked for was my account or card number and my PIN numbers......... ARE THEY F&@KING SERIOUS? Give my account, card And PIN numbers to an automated voice over the phone.... With today's identity theft threat and a virtually unsecure telephone system, not to mention the number I called was not the usual telephone number associated with Chase bank. They must think people are total dumbasses! I may have been born at night..... But it wasn't LAST night! Never give out information in this manner, unless you don't care about your money... and Chase should realize this..... But like all big business, they really don't care.... I know for a fact, I asked them this very question.. And they didn't care about my concern in the least!
