      I called them and ask what my total balance to pay my loan off was. Sent them a check for the full amount to the exact cent. And on a hunch decided to call them a few months later seeing as I had not received anything from them verifying my account was paid in full and closed. Only to find out they added an additional 25 dollars interest and never bothered to call me to inform me of it. I was very displeased and asked if it could be waived due to the fact that I was told what my exact balance was and what the pay in full was. Complete incompetence.

      Devious underminded prejudice hurtful cons!!!! They help who they want to help and purposely ruined your credit, increase payments without permission and very nasty and sarcastic and disrespectful on the phone. A bunch of cowards.
