  The reasons on why I felt I had a great experience was because that Gennaro and his staff made my refinancing process as smooth as possible. They gave me expert were extremely organized, timely and prompt as well as always being available to take my calls and answer my questions. Gene is very professional and I would highly recommend him and his services to anyone seeking a mortgage or refinance. Thanks again for all of your help.

  Gene Lattanzi was great. He got me an incredible Refi rate and offered great advice! I was also inquiring with another bank, who told me flat out, that there's no way I'd be able to close within 30 days. Well guess what, Gene and the Envoy team pulled it off and their rate was better! Gene is a breath of fresh air, he gets back to you quickly whether, it's by email or phone! If you want the personal touch and someone who goes above and beyond, then go with Gene. Highly recommended!!

  This was a great experience. I’ve bought previously but this was seamless. Everyone worked as a team. Communication is key and availability. And everyone was upfront and through. James helped explain so many things in plain English and helped so much to make this a breeze. Very knowledgeable and patient and great experience.

  Gene Lattanzi, simply put, is a ROCK STAR! Trying to buy a house in this crazy market in 2020 is hard enough but working with him, was effortless. Gene promised from the start that he would take care of everything and be available anytime we needed to talk about any part of the mortgage process and he absolutely was. For months, I drove him crazy with questions but, like the true professional that he is, he was ready, willing and able at all times with answers that put my fears to rest. In the end, he was right there (via phone, of course, no thanks to Covid) guiding us through the closing process and delivering everything he told us that he would. He truly made this mortgage process so easy for us and we thank him a million times over for helping to make our dream happen. We will NEVER use anyone else but him in the future and we’ve already given his contact info to our friends and family for when they may need him.
