  We recently bought a home on the beach. We kept running into obstacles using a local lender, after the bank failed I was referred to Shevlin. She said she would save our deal and she did! i was super impressed and would recommend her for anyone looking to purchase. I would give her 6 stars if i could!

  Shevlin is a hard working, prompt, and effective Loan Officer. My husband and I got into a few hiccups during our process, and even through my frustration with the process, Shevlin made sure to be patient with me. We would recommend Shevlin and use her if a future need arises.

  Shevlin was an awesome loan officer! She always was quick to respond to any calls or questions I had (I'm a first time home buyer so I had many) and walked me through all the math behind getting the best rate based on my down payment. She clearly knows her trade. I know she worked very hard behind the scenes for us too. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a home loan.

  I recently purchased my home with FBC Mortgage. My Broker Shevlin Pierce was by far the best broker I have ever experienced. Her passion and industry knowledge is perfect for first time buyer or a seasoned real estate investor. Not only is she incredibly personable leaving no doubt that she is with you every step of the process, but her ability to articulate the complicated mortgage process is like none other! I have bought numerous homes and I have always had excellent mortgage brokers but Shevlin set a new bar for what excellence is and I will never use anyone else!!!

If you are military make sure you utilize the Homes for Heroes program to get money to put towards your closing costs. We were unaware of this amazing perk until Shevlin mentioned it.
