  This bank, it's online banking and it's customer service are all a joke. I've spent the past 5 days trying to fix a issue talked to 3 different people and still can't get the issue corrected. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with major problems from them. I guess atlest this time it's not over a couple thousand dollars being taken out of our account like last time.

  Beware! Was mislead into opening an account and now they have been charging dormant account fees, using the $100 I had put into the account. They only contacted me now as they have over drafted my account. They originally promised me they would provide the software and equipment for me to deposit checks at my business without having to go to the bank! What a great deal! Sign me up! Well when I went to actually do it, they realized their software doesn't work with Macs. Okay, no hard feelings. They wasted a bunch of my time, but I believed it was an honest mistake. I asked if I should close the account. Of course they said no, it doesn't hurt anything to just leave it. Well, it doesn't hurt anything for them. So when this is all said and done they wasted hours of my time to begin with, messed up, took $100 of mine with no service rendered (never used the account), and now they are requiring me to come in and pay 22 cents if I'd like to close my account. Awful business practices and extremely immoral behavior.

  Everyone there was very helpful. Mindy Hendrickson was the person to help me with my loan and was super helpful and made sure I understood everything with the loan. I will definitely go back to this location whenever I need anything done bank related. Downtown Waterloo Branch

  Farmers State Bank always makes me feel very welcome. They know me by name and go out of their way to help me. Their online banking is very easy to use and very convenient.

  Finding a great bank can be frustrating and hard BUT FSB has been the most awesome bank ! The staff is friendly and helpful and always goes above and beyond . Thanks FSB

  Every time I walk into the Farmers State Bank the people are always so nice, and are always willing to help you right away. Thanks Farmers Bank for being an AWESOME Bank!!!

  The tellers in this bank are always courteous. Most of them know my name. I've been banking here since they opened and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

  The people are very nice and the interior of the building looks really nice and clean. It can be a little slow for some things but overall it's a great bank.

  They are having computer issues and still pleasant. Kept apologizing for it and for keeping me. Great customer service
