  I've had nothing but great experience since starting with FSB Waverly. Where other banks haven't contacted me and then gave me a late charge, FSB is proactive and makes sure I know what is going on and they help me avoid problems and fees. They made my loan process so smoothe and easy after going through a terrible experience with another lender, and it has been great since. I also have checking and a credit card through them and they have been excellent in every area. Heidi and Tyler have been especially helpful to me. Kind, helpful, patient, and quick service is all I have received. I truly feel they are looking out for me. Highly recommend.

  We started banking at FSB, Waverly branch because of there high interest rates and services. When we moved to Cedar Falls a few years ago we continued to drive to Waverly to do our banking because of the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Since we do most of our banking on-line now, we don't use the bank as much, but will always drive to Waverly. We especially like Tara. She helped us get set up at FSB and is so friendly, always very personable. Your on-line banking and mobile app are very user friendly. Thanks for the great service!!!!

  I have been a FSB member since 2015. Prior to FSB my banking relationships have left me feeling sour. From the moment I first walked into Farmer's it was completely different. The level of customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced in the banking industry. Whether I am in the bank, online or doing anything & everything I need to from my phone, the service is always top notch. I now have all of my personal & business accounts at FSB, and have encouraged so many friends & family to switch to Farmer's - in which they always thank me. FSB is the best bank. They've completely changed the way I think about banking!

  Nice people with great service but no way to deposit a check on the weekends. Bank needs to get with the times and let us deposit through atm.

  Thanks for the feedback Wes! A much needed ATM upgrade is on its way to Waverly. The new machine should be installed sometime in July.
