      Tried to tell me I couldn't use my own money to buy crypto currency. Went as far as blocking PayPal. Switched to chase who is much better. Every once in a while they'll deny something but you just have to call an put them in their place.

      WARNING: Don't talk on your cell phone while sitting in your car in the parking lot before going in to conduct business with them. They will call the police and attempt to have you arrested. That is what happened to me. I'm a sales rep and received a call from my company when I pulled in to deposit a check. I parked in the parking lot and took the call. Spent 20 minutes on my cell phone and laptop. The next thing I know, I'm surrounded by the Boardman Police like a criminal. Naturally, I explained that I was just on my cell phone because people sometimes use them for business and that I HAD business with the bank. They said that they were told by the bank that I had been there for over two hours (it was about 12:30 pm and o had left a customer's shop about 25 minutes away at 11:45 am). So, they lied in an attempt to get a customer of over 26 years in trouble with law enforcement. "Unbelievable" is the only word I can think of to describe it. If I had the ability to give them zero stars, they would have zero stars. I gave the manager at this location a piece of my mind while the police were in the lobby and drove to the main branch in Canfield to do the same. I would have pulled my accounts today if I could have (still have checks that haven't cleared processing yet). I am truly offended.

      Boardman branch manager is a fool. Farmers sux. If you want a good regional bank use Huntington at least they don't lie.
