  Tellers are always super friendly and helpful, they're the best, but the loan dept. Seems to really discourage small business and the self employed even for long standing customers, it's a shame that a customer and business owner of many years can't use their hometown bank to obtain a small auto loan, because they're self employed, it was definitely a degrading and humiliating experience from a bank I thought I could count on, the self employed might want to avoid this bank

  I would highly recommend this bank. I have been a customer for 41 years which is hard to believe...they offer outstanding customer service. It it amazing to be able to call a bank and get an answer with one call...outstanding bookkeeping dept and good honest folks. Proud to say there my hometown bank.

  Hands down the best interactions I’ve ever had with a bank. As many others have stated in these reviews, you’re not just a number nor does you get lost in the shuffle. The staff remembers your name and they are all incredibly friendly and professional. I had the pleasure of getting loan from this bank and from start to finish, Daniel Yoder was miles ahead of all other banks I have worked with. This was hands down the most smooth dealings I’ve ever had; from collecting the documents to prequalify to closing, Daniel was upfront, helpful, and always responded promptly to e-mails and calls. Highly recommend and I have become a client for as long as I’m around and their doors are open!

  such a great bank, They take the time to sit down and discuss how to improve your credit, rebuild your credit, if they cant get you the loan now they take the time to discuss what's needed to get that loan in the future. They treat you like a person not a number

  In my many years of business, I have never had a more personal and professional banking relationship with an organization than what we have with Farmers & Merchants bank of Miamisburg, West Carrollton, and Germantown, OH. They are very customer oriented and appreciate that my spare time is at a minimum. They go out of their way to make my job and my banking tasks as effortless as possible. I cannot recommend them enough to everyone that needs both business banking and personal banking. Thanks to everyone at Farmers & Merchants!   I have been banking and lending through F&M for over a decade. Long story short, two deciding factors drew me to F&M. First, I had a home run deal that every other big type bank wanted the tires off my car, my wifes wedding ring etc. I engaged F&M and the deal was done quicker then ever imagined. Secondly, I came into a large amount of cash shortly after joining F&M and the big box bank called me what seemed like daily wanting me to invest it in their portfolio. So much so that I decided I wanted to leave. When I decided, I left the big box bank with a sizable amount of cash and not one person asked why. Community banks are where it's at!

  I use this place for the free checking...the staff is always so nice and they get to know who you are after a while. It feels like stepping back in to time a bit. So much nicer than feeling like a number in the big corporate banks. Their online banking underwent a major overhaul recently. It is really nice too.

  I have been banking here for decades. The people are fantastic and they don't have a turnover to speak of. Many of the people are still here from when I started banking here. Never, not once, have any mistakes been made on any of my transactions. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

  I've came in and applied for a loan i understand im not a customer at your back I work just like everyone else I got hurt at work and needed just a little help til my workers comp starts so I won't be homeless and it hurts when u get turned away
