      I have used this bank for years. Went today to get bill money all they can give me is 500 in cash. I put cash in there and not a check. So there is no reason not to give me the cash I need. So I will be closing my account.

      Always helpful, the Family Security Credit Union goes above and beyond what other (banks) would ever consider doing. Great place to do your checking, savings, loans etc.

      Up until last week I would have given 5 stars as they have always been good to me. Then they drafted money from my account to pay a relatives loan without permission from anyone. When confronted lied saying that person authorized it when they didn't. Then refused to return the money back to my account as they said they had the legal authority to do it. Which according to realitives with extensive time in banking said it could only been done if I was on the loan which I wasn't. Finally after much back and forth between the parties involved they admitted they wasn't authorized or supposed to draft that money. To which they finally reversed the transaction but didn't reverse the entire amount. They kept 2 dollars for some reason. If you get a loan here or a relative does be prepared for some shady business practices.
