I was recently assisted by Shae Coley at the Gadsden branch, and she was so professional, kind, and went above and beyond to help me. She even left me the sweetest note inside the envelope of printouts, and it was so touching.

Jaclyn Sims1If you have all day to spend at the bank come here! Slowest place in town! Rudest as well! If we didn't have our car financed through them I would never be back! Teacher's is much faster and a lot more friendly!

Tiff Rodv1Been at this bank for almost 8 years and somebody hacked my debit card online and tried charging me for more then I had and the bank didn't let it through. Instead of leaving at that they charged me fees for bounced checks 7 times and it took 3 phone calls to finally get my money back when I had successfully listed my debit card as fraud before these fees started up. While I did get money back it was such a hassle to do and they really tried to not do it. Please note this before banking here. I had overdraft turned off and it wasn't a check.

Rebecca Zambrano1Took two weeks and a bad review to get them to call me back about my loan application. Once they did, they asked me for information I had already given them. The loan officer who called me tried to play it off like she hadn’t already gotten a denial for the loan weeks ago and just failed to call me back. I had already refinanced my auto loan anyway. It’s comical that they think people are this dumb.

Jaretta Greer2I’ve had accounts with this bank for a while, but I’m going to have to close my accounts and find a new bank. This bank wants to block me from using my mobile deposit feature for 6 MONTHS because I unknowingly deposited a bad check that someone wrote to me. My husband and I own a business and get paid by check frequently. We are not always able to make it to the bank, so mobile deposit has been convenient for us. Also, if you bank here, don’t link your savings account to your checking account as overdraft protection. They will charge you $30 plus each time you need to use it. Wells Fargo only charged $12 and sometimes nothing if you transferred money over quick enough.

Christina Fells1Do not use them I have had my account for 7 years and this is bull. They took my line out last week well I look at my account this morning and guess what it was taking out again. And no one can tell me why so my husband is going to have to leave work yet again to take care of it. Because this is not the first time that something like this has happened. We will be getting our money back and closing the account!

James A Easterwood5I'm always treated as family at FSCU. It can be very busy, but the staff are always cheerful, even when they are slammed. Standing Ovation to the staff! ***Update*** my debit card was used fraudulently by someone to pay their Comcast bill of $134. I was about to come unglued for the way I was treated at the Comcast office. I went to FSCU Main Branch where Mrs. Debbie made a call to Comcast and was not only told the exact same poor excuse but she was also talked to rudely. She kept cool, called the fraud dept, and I was given the money back right then. No provisional credit, no having to deal with Comcast, and was given a new debit card within minutes. Thank you very much!

Brandi Williams3I give 3 due to the fact that every time I call to check my balance the robot thing can't hear anything u tap. Example. " for the main menu of services press (1) u hit one she just keeps talking then can't hear nothing. Its nice to call it so u ain't gotta wait for a human to answer the phone. but here lately u can't even check ur balance due a dead robot. think y'all need to get a robot in date or something. cause she ain't working like she post to. she's like dead now. other than that in side of the place there awesome and sweet but yalls robot y'all got to deal with things needs updated or something. she's wacko
