      Been at drive through for almost 45 minutes. One teller for 2 open lanes. How can have one teller working by themselves on a Friday afternoon. I run a business and do not have this much time to waste going to the bank. This is totally unacceptable.

      Been at drive through for almost 45 minutes. One poor teller for 3 open lanes. Regions cant expect buisness owners to spend this much time at the bank. My understanding is company doesnt want more tellers trying to force online banking. Hello cant make cash buisness deposits or get change online. Hope you are paying these poor tellers double. And im sure some people arent kind to them over the awful wait times.

      Opened a checking and savings account yesterday. Erica Butler was professional and friendly. She made the whole experience a delight. I recommend Regions Bank and the personal service of Erica to everyone !

      Always understaffed. Every time I come in I spend at least 30 minutes in a large line because there is only one or two tellers. Quite an inconvenience on everybody. Most of the people are nice minus a select few I’ve dealt with, but through all the regions I’ve been to, this one is by far the worst in terms of staffing and efficiency.

      Was told to get out of line and wait because I had to many deposits. This drive through is beyond words. Never have I seen a bank with such rude tellers.

      How is it that i show up in the drive through at 12:29 and request $40 from my checking account and 6 other vehicles that showed up behind me were serviced first. Its now 12:47 and i just got serviced.

      Very slow inside and in the drive-thru. Will spend 30 mintues waiting at this bank. Best to drive elsewhere.

      Only two rolls quarters for business account. Stuff are not happy to help there customers

      I am beyond words that this local bank allows their employees to bash local businesses on Regions timeclock on social media. Especially, when it has been brought to the management and to corporate. So much for respect to local businesses and the little people!
