  I Was A "Member" For 1 Month. My 1st Loan Payment Was NOT Applied To My Loan. I Received A Letter In The Mail Telling Me I Was 19 Days Late On My Loan That I Made A Double Payment INSIDE THE LOCATION 8 Days Before Due Date. If You Want Your Money, Accounts Safe... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

  Just proclaim, Roll Tide as you walk in... Transferred to this credit union several years ago from one of the Big Banks. Have been very happy with the services offered and the overall customer service. All of the staff is very friendly and eager to help. An established banking facility with the small town appeal.

  I’m in this bank at least 3 times a week, We jus moved back home from Texas and using shared banking with FSC, the tellers are very dry and do not smile, but there is one teller that shines like a star her name is Piper, every time I go in this bank this young lady is smiling and greeting who ever is in her line, I jus started today waiting on her, I refuse to let anybody else wait on me, this bank needs to employ other Pipers as tellers, and by the way I never see any African Americans working in this bank,🤷🏾‍♀️

  as a woman I take appreciation for places I feel safe when I’m out alone. Unfortunately a man named Ryan (thank god for name tags) made me feel really uneasy this last visit. He continuously stared at me and made me wish I had pepper spray to bring to the bank with me! Stay alert ladies 😕

  Family savings use to be a great bank. They have fallen short of that the last few years. I’ve recently had a mistake on their end where they voided a check I wrote that was over 180 days. It even shows on their checks itself, void after 180 days. They put that money back into my account, stating why after 180 days if a person doesn’t cash the check it goes back to you. Well yesterday I check my account and it’s negative and they lied to me. They allowed that person to cash that check, even though they told me that it was my money again and that I was allowed to use it and all. Now they won’t fix their wrong and put my money back. Now bc of them I’m negative in my account and won’t be paid again till next week. They will not fix their wrong. I highly suggest to anyone who has thought about banking with them, to think other wise. My husband and I have been with them for a good 8 years and now will be leaving. They don’t care about their customers like they once did.

  Great bank, both my wife and i have accounts here. My car is also financed through them and the representative was very helpful and gave me options to lower my interest with payment modifications. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will never bank with a big bank again.

  I am very unsatisfied with this bank. My fiance's truck is financed in my name through Family Savings. We recently bought a house and I changed insurance companies , to bundle with my home owners. When I changed insurance companies and the new insurance company sent over the information Family Savings is saying that they never received it. AND even though I have proved to them that THIS VEHICLE HAS NEVER BEEN WITHOUT INSURANCE, they still want to charge a fee on my monthly payment that is hundreds of dollars for "the vehicle not being insured". I have called them numerous times to try and get this resolved. However, they work out of a secondary company with things like this. The Secondary company is called "ALLIED" and they have confirmed everything for Family Savings, yet I'm still having this problem. Unfortunately for them they are on the verge of loosing a perfect credit score member. THANKS A LOT FAMILY SAVINGS FOR PUNISHING ME FOR HAVING GREAT CREDIT AND FOR ALWAYS PAYING MY BILLS (INSURANCE INCLUDED). Isn't it great to feel appreciated? Also, for ANYONE who is considering banking with Family Savings, I would recommend that you deal with ANYONE other than them. Also, working at the Ford dealership I will be glad to make that known.
