  I had the pleasure of working with Brett Hunter. Brett not only help me setup an account but talked to me about savings .. potenial loans and how to raise my credit score to get the best rates. My experience with Coosa Valley and Mr. Hunter restored my faith in the banking systems of today. So thank you Brett Hunter and Coosa Valley for having such employees willing to go that extra step for their customers.

  I waited for over an hour to speak to anyone,everyone that worked in an office got up and walked out when there was people waiting, except 2 people and a lady walked out due to no assistance, so for people to walk out while there are customers waiting is bad business! On the flip side the young lady that waited on me was very nice and apologetic!

  The money i put in my account when I first opened it was taken out and used for my loan payment which is not due for another month. The teller apologized and said it would be about 15 minutes before they have it fixed. How do you take money for a payment thats not even due yet. Smh

  I've been with CVCU in Cedartown for about 20 years and I love them. They have helped me with all my banking needs. Even personal insurance. I recommend them to anyone.
