  We Have Dealt with Falcon National Bank as they Provided Us with our Construction Loan to Build our New House. They have been great and very informative every time we had question they provided Us with very Detailed explanations. Mindy at First, and Since Jeb has been Great!

  This business switched to a different business and are now Falcon International. The switch has been nothing but inconvenient. I’m on vacation right now and they have completely shut down their mobile banking app. I can’t see any of my money unless I go to an ATM. It’s been days! Right when I get back I’m closing my accounts.

  It seems they have a lot of "glitches" in their Debit card system which leaves you without access to your funds. They Also need too many days to show a check deposited before they let you access the funds and unless you have sufficient funds in your account to cover a check for cashing, you cant cash it if they cant call and reach the bank

  Wouldn't even cash out mature savings bond for me when I stopped in went down the road to other bank in town and they had no prob doing it for me and neither one were my banks I have acct. With.

  Attempted to call about a land loan. The woman I spoke to crunched a few numbers and basically told me no yet never processed thru our application. Very short and rude.
