  I have had the best experiences with faith credit union in the area of banking and direction toward growing my business through this credit union. My experience with customer service has been excellent because they have taken the time out for me. For my business connections have also praised The credit unions sense of family. I understand a No is not always final. Take the time and follow the advice given. It will work for the best.

  I have been banking with Faith for a few years now and they have help me to grow and reestablish my credit. I had to start out small and work my way up do to my credit history not being the best. They worked with me on how to regrow my credit and establish my business credit. I appreciate their patience and understanding with my goals and needs. When God puts you in the position for great people and establishments to help you grow and reach your goals it is the best blessing!!   Faith United Community Credit Union has been beyond helpful to me, my family, my friends and my business partners. Whenever there was a product each of us were in need of, we were always given the proper services along with excellent service. I have been with the credit union over 13 years. Relationships are important! Faith does an amazing job of showing this. My young daughter knows every staff member there. That speaks volumes. I keep my faith in God and my money in FAITH!!!! Keep up the great work.

  You can never talk to Anyone on phone. You have to pay for all atm charges.Just non accessible.zero is my rating

  I have been with Faith Community 20 years, I was very pleased when Jama her Mom(who knew how to run a business where customers were satisfied) and Gloria who was the loan officer (who gave folks a chance). Now, the staff lacks customer service skills, Getting in touch with someone is almost impossible (the phone system is a joke). I know several I mean several folks who have left because staff has know CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. I keep asking myself why are you still patronizing this establishment and I guess my answer would be trying to give our folks a chance. I will be retiring in August and I will make a decision then to move my services elsewhere.

  I have been with this Bank for 5 plus years and I love it. I moved all the way to Houston Texas almost 4 years ago and I still bank with them. I appreciate everything they have done for me a far as loans and helping to rebuild my credit even being thousands of miles away. They took a chance on me when no traditional bank would and for that I will continue to bank with them. Any problem I have had they have fixed it quickly all I had to was email Ms.Dawn and it was handled! Great customer service! Also, they are so accommodating when I visit Cleveland yearly. Thanks you guys!!

  I have had nothing but wonderful caring experiences with Faith C. U.! The staff took their time with me, especially in my time of need and Grief, after the death of my husband. I really needed that care and understanding. For that alone I am forever greatful!

  I’ve always had a great experience with this establishment. All the employees are helpful and respectful to customers! If you’re in need of a bank or loan this would be a great place to become a member.

  I’m giving them one star for their lack of consideration for their customers.. they have everyone standing in line outside in the dead of winter young and old for 30+ minutes in most cases.. I know the owner, manager or whoever is intelligent enough to come up with a better way to avoid violating the capacity laws regarding covid.. Like having the security guard take down a list of customer cell phone numbers, allow them to wait in their heated vehicles, and call them in order of arrival when it’s their turn .. it’s not rocket science!!!! Leave it to black business to be the most inconsiderate towards their customers

  I would not recommend them to anyone. I wanted to be supportive to a black owned business. I am a business owner so I know things can be up and down at any moment. Since the first day I opened my account i had problems. I had to ask questions that should of been provided because I was a new customer. The teller couldn't answer so I was sent to another person. I ordered checks and never received them but was changed for them. Somehow they couldn't find them at the branch. Which impacted my company heavily. Had to pay my employees cash. Also I was a victim of identity theft. Had a police report and paper from the IRS to show the bank as proof that this accord. So when I went to close my account out and open another. They told me I had to wait 6 months inorder to reopen another account. Regardless of my proof. They didn't even ask to look at it and had no remorse. They are unprofessional, uneducated and lack knowledge of business ethics. I personally recommend not to use them for personal or business reasons. Thank you
