  We had a great experience with Fairway. I can honestly say the entire process was enjoyable and not the least bit painful. Ken and his team did a wonderful job of making sure we had all the information we needed and provided us with the tools to send and submit our documents in a timely fashion. We were pleasantly surprised with the timeliness of the status updates as we went through each step of the process. Just about every time we had a question, we received a status update with an answer, before we could even ask the question. Ken was very responsive and we were able to get a good rate and refinance in the manner we wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks!!

  My husband and I have worked with Jenny Stoner and Kim Venable on 3 refinances and now on a new home purchase loan. They are absolutely the best there is. They both provide a friendly, hands on approach that is just right. They provide regular follow-up, provide a wonderful explanation of the process with documents and "how-to" videos, and just make you feel comfortable and fully informed the whole way. The loan process was easy and stress free. Their support staff is fast and through. I have referred them to several friends and will continue to do so. Fairway is also an excellent group!

  My wife and I were looking for a Mortgage Company in Charlotte NC we could trust. We were relocating from NYC to Matthews, NC. After researching various Mortgage Companies, and finding out that Fairway had the best online reviews compared to others we decided to call Fairway Independent Mortgage. We are so happy we did! We were so lucky to have Tony Garshnick as our Loan Officer. Tony is the best! He walked is through each step of the process. He is extremely thorough and made sure all of our requests were handled in a timely manner. We loved how the Communication System and Emails Tony sent to give us regular updates on where we were in the process. His frequency of communication via phone was impressive and he was always available for anything we needed. WE COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER SENIOR LOAN OFFICER! People talk about how stressful the Mortgage loan process is, and after contacting Fairway and meeting Tony, we know now it doesn't have to be a stressful experience. Tony let us know what to expect, and had the right Documents in hand very early in the process, so we did not have to experience random requests as we approached our Closing! When you chose Fairway, you should make sure you request Tony Garshnick, you will walk away (after Closing) having had a seamless and pleasant experience!

  I have used Jane Estates and Fairway Independent Mortgage for many years and many transactions. I only receive the best for her! She is easy to get ahold of, either through email or phone. Believe me, when you have a client concerned about a loan, and you can not contact their mortgage broker, it makes it more stressful! Jane, tries to make each transaction stress free!   I am a first time home buyer and working with Kelly and her team made it super easy! They walked me through the whole process of getting my loan approved and you could even sign most documents online, which makes it really easy to do in between breaks at work. If you or anybody you know is looking to buy a house you would be crazy not to use Fairway.
