  Tim was outstanding from the beginning to the end. We were first time home buyers and applied for VA loan, which is not the most desirable to a lot of sellers. In this crazy seller's market and hyperactive buyers flush with cash, Tim was able to convince the sellers that our offer would be aligned with their best interest. Actions speak louder than words and Tim proved that. He was in constant communication with us, whether it's late in the evening or weekend. All of our questions were answered promptly. Tim went above and beyond to help us get our first ever offer accepted. Our realtor was very impressed with Tim's service. We can say confidently that we would not be able to buy the house had it wasn't for Tim's help.
