  Andrew and his team are absolutely amazing! I had the most positive experience working with them on my refinance loan. They are extremely knowledgeable, communicative and have really streamlined the process. The application and approval process is all tracked online where you create an account and submit any docs needed, which is especially helpful given the current lockdown and social distancing requirements. I was shopping rates/lenders and almost decided to go elsewhere until Andrew told me the excellent rate I could lock in NOW. It was better than anything else on the market that I had seen for a 30 year fixed rate...and I was doing my research! I submitted my application instantly online and was able to lock in a GREAT rate. Even though lenders are flooded with new applications, mine was timely submitted and approved. I’m saving over $500 a month with my new payment- I’m ecstatic! When they say they’re open 24/7, they truly mean it! Anytime I had a question, Andrew was a text or phone call away- available almost instantly. Special shout out to Grace who helped us through closing.
