  Ms. Becky Herndon was the most pleasant person to work with. Even with bumps in the road she made our home buying process easy and seamless. You hear horror stories about home buying and the stressful process. That was NOT the case with Ms. Becky. I highly recommend her as a loan officer and I will tell all my friends and family about her first.

  Becky put us in our first home in Valdosta in 2003. She told us right upfront, "I'll make this as easy as it gets!" And that's how easy it was for us. She's a top performer and supporter of our Air Force and military across the board, our Veterans, and our Nation! And because of her contributions to our Nation's heroes she received an "Honorary Chief Master Sergeant" designation from the Moody AFB Chiefs' Group...they don't get much better than Becky Herndon!

  She was very unprofessional. We were given pre approval letters after we had completed the online application. We were then urged to connect with an agent and put our house on the market. We submitted all paperwork in a timely manner and were very careful to check back with her to make sure everything was fine. Well our house sold in six days and when we finally made contact with her because she left town for a week to go on vacation we found out through someone else in the office that there was no loan! The other person in the office was very friendly and did all she could to help but the person that was in charge never made contact with us again even though she knew we could potentially be homeless. We ended up going to another mortgage provider after all this, went through the process and in two weeks they had us approved and we closed on 2/11/2020 by Gods Blessing!
