  Edward Solters team at Fairway are a powerhouse in the industry, turning a near impossible application into an eventual home. Their unwavering attention to customer service and the constant drive to getting the job done was incredible. I have never seen such performance in a financial team as I have with Ed's Group and I would reccomend them to anyone needing home financing. They are hands down the best in the industry and have created an incredibly positive improvement to our lives in getting us our dream house and we can never thank them enough!!!

  All 3 times we reached out for advice we got the whole game plan laid out. Twice we’ve bought a new home and another we got an equity loan. More recently we even got helpful advice on my mom’s property in another state and a referral to another agent Ed new could help us further. Hard to question such positive outcomes…Ed’s team is our “goto” from now on!

  Melissa and her team were truly a blessing to our family. After finally coming to an agreement with the seller on a very complicated home sale, we realized we needed to close very quickly and that didn’t seem possible. With a baby on the way, stress levels were high at our house. We involved Melissa to see if she could help, and before we knew it, she had figured out the whole puzzle, gathered all of the extraneous pieces (several fell outside the finance scope but she still worked them out!) and had us closing on our new home 10 days later. We were shocked, thrilled, and are eternally grateful. We are now in our home with time to get settled before baby, and we couldn’t be happier. Melissa and her team are thorough, strong communicators, creative when needed, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
