  Renee Broach is the best!!! She is incredible, easy to work with and makes the whole process comfortable and easy. She has a wealth of information about preparing your credit for the home buying process as well as an honest approach to what you will need when the time comes. If you are looking for a mortgage officer, look no further.

  We just moved to South Carolina from out of state. The whole process of my husband leaving to start there's no job, packing up our old home, getting the kids registered for their new schools, and moving down here was insane. However, working with a loan officer, Renee Broach, what is I'm very easy, smooth, painless. Renee was easy to get in touch with, and if she was ever in a meeting or with another client she was always very quick to respond at her earliest convenience. She's incredibly professional and organized, and unlike previous experiences, she never lost any of our information or has to repeat anything. Through emails, texts, and phone calls she kept in touch with us through every step of the process from getting approved, to underwriting to being there when we closed. Renee was an invaluable part of the house-buying process here, and we could not have asked for better service. She was even able to recommend various local restaurants, stores, and dog sitters zoom zoom we're just starting to learn about the area. Renee service didn't stop when we were handed the keys to our house. She followed up afterwards to make sure we were doing all right. I will absolutely be recommending her to anyone buying home.
