  MIke Bess and his team were top notch! Everyone was kind and patient when we had lots of questions. They really went above and beyond to make what can be a tedious and confusing process very simple and painless. It was nice to be able to complete paperwork electronically because my husband and I work very strange schedules that can make coordination of appointments challenging. I highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone who is looking to purchase or refinance a home!
