  Vicky Weldon, of Fairway Mortgage, is A#1. Talking with Vicky is like talking to a friend. She was kind & patient with us & things could not have gone more smoothly. We could have gotten a lower interest rate with a large commercial bank, but I doubt we could have closed the deal because they were not 10% as responsive as Vicky was.

  Toni from the moment we met her went above an beyond to help us find something to fit our family. Her infectious personality makes it so easy to not get stressed during a stressful process! I truly feel we gained a friend. Vicki helped us every step of the way with anything financial and was there to answer every question we had. She ran everything to make sure we were getting the best rates possible and that all our numbers would work!.The rest of the team we didn’t meet behind the scenes I know ran comps and was quick in responding to any request.   Maryellen was an expert at what she does. She guided us through the process with speed and precision, working hard to get us a great rate. While another lender told us the process would be 90-180 days, Fairway was able to get it done in a month, two weeks of that were us waiting for the right rate, so it could have been done even faster.   Vicky is the bee's knees when it comes to VA loans. She knows what she's doing unlike other companies that claim they are veteran friendly. She really is looking out for the veteran. Highly recommend.
