  I had the opportunity to work with Lisa Marie from Fairway Independent Mortgage. This was our first time buying a home and Lisa Marie made the process so easy. Buying a home and the language of everything was so foreign to us, but she made she she broke everything down to where we understood. She worked so hard to answer my many questions through phone calls, emails and text messages in a very timely manner. She is very knowledgeable and did her best to make sure we were able to get out first home and get the best rates for us. I would recommend Fairway and Lisa Marie to anyone in the market looking for a lender. We are so very thankful!

  Lisa Shapiro was exceptionally responsive to any and all of our needs during the entire loan process. She was willing to pivot quickly as our situation changed, and helped find different options to help us reach our goal. I can't imagine a loan officer being more helpful than Lisa was for us.   We came to Amy when our previous lender totally messed up on the processing of our loan application. As a result we had a tight timeline to restart the loan process in order to buy our dream forever home. Amy accomplished miracles in our eyes. She was available and responded quickly to our calls and made us feel like we were her first priority. She was a lifesaver.   Rick Melville and his team are outstanding! The communication was great and very efficient, the process was seamless. Lauren, Rick's assistant, was a pleasure to deal with. The fact that we went under contract 12 days ahead of closing speaks volumes! Girl scout cookies and a bottle of champagne as a housewarming gift added a special touch as well :) Thank you Rick and his team!

  Chris helped me throughout the entire buying process. He was always there to explain everything and answer my questions. Chris got me the best interest rate and NC assistance to buy my house. He contacted me after I closed on the house and will be there if I ever have questions in the future.
