  We had a semi-hero deal where we were switching lenders 3 weeks prior to closing. Jacks team acted quickly and got us a clear to close letter in under a week. Everything was extremely easy and coordinated great. Communication from his team was excellent and he made the process as easy as possible. He also was extremely knowledgable and patient answering all of my questions and laying things out in an easy to understand way. Last summer, I called him and he walked me through the entire process of what to expect when buying a house from start to finish, over several hours and three phone calls even though he knew we weren't planning to buy for at least another year or two. This summer, we found a home and called Jack. He patiently walked us right through buying our first home, and made the process so easy and stress-free. He explains everything so clearly that it's easy to understand, even as a first time home buyer, and he is always happy to answer all the questions you can think of.
