  First time home buyer here! Dennis and his team were FANTASTIC. The process was so smooth. I knew everything that was happening throughout my experience. All of my questions were answered before I even knew what to ask, and the few things I did have to ask - as silly as they were - were answered immediately and without judgement. I had access to Dennis personally, as well as the members of his team. I kinda feel like I’ve known them for years. I absolutely recommend Dennis and the Mansfield Fairway crew!

  Dennis is the man, we were working with another lender and got referred to Fairway once our offer was accepted as we were looking for a competitive quote. Dennis and the team came in a lot lower then other lenders and got us from start to close within a few weeks. Everyone there was very friendly and easy to work with, would definitely recommend them.

  If you need help with a small loan locally, this is the place to go. The employees are extremely helpful kind and considerate and will follow up back with you as soon as they possibly can. And even when they can't, they will let you know why not and how long it'll take to get back to you. They make it very easy to navigate what could just as easily be a complicated process. It made for a positive experience for a first home buyer, being very young I might add you, and made it so that I was able to purchase my home. If you can use this company, use it.

  Purchasing a home is a HUGE decision and I couldn't be more grateful to Dennis and his team at Fairway if I tried! They were there every single step of the way and answered all the questions that I had quickly and in a way that I understood. Wow! The whole process was so much easier and less daunting than I had feared it would be and a huge part of that is because of the amazing people at Fairway.
