  My husband and I recently bought our first home with the help of Dennis and his staff (Jennifer, April and Lori) at Union Home Mortgage. We were completely new at this process, but they were all extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions or concerns we had. For anyone buying a home, I will always recommend Dennis and his team!

  Some good and some not so good. Mr Reed and the staff were very helpful and polite. Customer service can't be beat. However, I feel that I was ripped off on the interest rate for a refinance taking cash out for improvement that still left at LEAST 50% equity. My credit score was 803, I was not in any other debt. I have a steady guaranteed for life income. I had to pay a rate of 4.75 when at the time, mortgages were around one point less. At first it was 4.25 but magically changed before closing. Right after the closure my mortgage was sold twice. Once to Fannie or Freddie, and then to a bank in Indiana. I should waited because I was under duress and now I though I was moving but I'm not. I had to pay $4000 in fees rolled into the mortgage so I have no recourse. People please do your own homework and don't be stupid like I was before you sign on the dotted line. If Dennis reads this. This is YW-

  Going into the process, as excited as we were to find and finance a new home, we were not looking forward to the process! Dennis and the ladies working along side him made the process a pleasure. They let us know up front all we needed and when we needed it, before we actually needed it. My wife was able to provide what was needed in plenty of time and before we knew it, we were preparing to sign closing papers. They were there with us through the whole process all the way to closing. They’re family now. Thank You So Much!!!
