Andy went out of his way to explain to us every step of the process and even coordinated with other involved parties to ensure everything got done in a timely matter.   PAINLESS. Hard to be any Happier with anyone, any where. From start to finish (for us >50days!) Andy Matt & his folks were super; exceeded all possible expectations. Extremely competent and very pleasant dealing with everyone we spoke with. Corny, maybe, but like family should be treated. Would love to have an adult beverage with any of these folks.   Andy Matt was a star! Andy was very supportive of my decision to upgrade my building. Even though I do not have a 9 to 5 job, Andy found a way to make it work for me to get a mortgage anyway. He was accommodating and responsive during the real estate search. He provided me with specific pre-qual letters on time. He also warned me of some questionable properties, which helped protect me against a dubious investment. Andy did the impossible by helping me close within a month of putting the offer in, which helped me avoid having to rent an apartment in between selling my home and buying a new one. In a friendly but assertive manner, he was on the ball and made sure all people involved were on the ball (including me...). We had a problem with the appraisal report, and Andy took it upon himself to help negotiate with the listing broker. He not only saved the deal but got me a reduced buying price! Andy took care of all the logistics, including getting me a fantastic rate. But even more than that, Andy held my hand when I got anxious or worried about the deal and I always felt I had someone on my side. I cannot recommend Andy enough to any buyer. Amanda Nitsa Oz

  Andy Matt was THE BEST! He was so helpful and answered any and all questions we had as first time homebuyers. He took the extra time to explain everything and was always prompt. We would have been happy paying a higher rate just to work with Andy Matt, he made everything so pleasant during a stressful time. Even the real estate agents that we worked with RAVED about Andy and made a point to tell us "Truly, we usually don't say that about lenders! He was amazing!" Thank you, Andy!!!

  Andy is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable, and worked hard to explain each step of the process of buying our first home. He was always willing to answer any of our questions, and was happy to go over things again if we still had concerns.
