  I'm sure the employees are nice, but Chase is using our money to destroy our future. Fossil fuels are a small part of Chase’s investments, but a big part of climate destruction. Time to move our money to healthy investments!

  Horrible I mean horrible location. Absolutely no parking at all. Wait there was well over the 15 minutes they initially told me. Looks like they had three host greeting people and only two tellers taking care of people. Hire more associates and get business rolling. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because when I was seen my teller was very helpful and easy to talk too.

  Went to Chase Bank on 12/27/19 Randy Strey Bank Associate assisted me. He was outstanding. Very polite, extremely helpful. He took care of all my needs. Thank you Chase Bank for making my first experience at Thayer St a very enjoyable experience.

  Chase is the #1 fossil fuel funder in the world. About four blocks away is Washington Trust where you’ll get no planet destruction and better service. Chase is the bank torching our forests and melting our ice-caps which will put downtown Providence underwater in 40 years. Drowning our capital- What a great neighbor! #StopTheMoneyPipeline

  Chase provide the platform for small business to grow through their various financial services. Trust me, this is a place where you want to bank. Hopefully there will be more branches in RI soon.

  Chase gets an F- on climate! As the world’s largest funder of the fossil fuel industry since the Paris Agreement, Chase is CHOOSING to finance climate disaster. Shame!

  Poorly trained staff, no parking, complete waste of time. You might be waiting over an hour while many employees walk around doing nothing. Very disappointed.
