  Benjamin Klimok is a top notch professional. We had trouble getting our refinance done at BECU and US Bank for 6 months. Benjamin came in with his team and got everything done and approved within 5 weeks with a 2.9%! His communication was outstanding and it was the difference maker for me. Any questions we had, he answered right away and without confusion. Definitely recommend him and his team and we will us him again for any future mortgage lending.
