  Tim has been amazing from initial phone call to closing. His work ethic, professionalism, communication and customer service are impeccable! He's very responsive to questions, day or night. Tim knows the mortgage industry inside and out, his vast knowledge and years of experience show, putting his clients at ease. I'll never get a mortgage through anyone else and will recommend him to anyone needing to purchase or refinance a home.

  Tim was incredibly fast! Great communication. He accomplished more in 4 days than our previous lender did in 3 weeks. All of the paperwork that could be signed online was very streamlined and easy to do using my phone. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back and calling Tim.

  Ashley was so patient with us throughout our first transaction. She never made us feel like we had too many questions, and she was a very quick to resolve any concerns that we felt. She is on top of her end, and she pulled through more than once for us. She was diligent and worked very hard for us.
