  I highly recommend Fairway Mortgage!! If you are in the market to buy a home. The professionalism, communication skills, knowledge due to years of experience in the business and patience this guys have is beyond anything I have experience before. Eddie, Cory and Elizabeth made my home buying experience so great! The whole team kept us appropriately informed every step of the way. Their prompt response to texts, calls and email is a virtue hard to find. This guys have amazing personalities they are such respectful, kind, patient, always willing to listen kind of guys. That's is definitely something very hard to find with other mortgage. We feel grateful to have chosen Elgin Fairway independent mortgage. Thank yall!!

  Nate and his team were nothing but amazing. They went above and beyond. I work an extremely stressful job with long and inconvenient hours. No matter what, they were there and made sure everything was in place. The communication and continuous break downs of the process and the numbers were extremely helpful and alleviated a lot of the stress and questions being a first time home buyer. Nate was there every step of the way and was in contact even after the closing. I would not and will not hesitate to recommend Nate and Fairway to every one I know.
