  Very impressed with the knowledge of how to perform financing. I had to have some creative hand holding to allow for a refinancie to be performed. Charlie was knowledgable enough with the rules/laws on refinance to know how to avoid any pitfalls in the process. He was able to get me refinanced quickly and the lowest rate in town. Very happy with the results.

  Bruce Johnson is by far the best loan office to work with at Fairway! I worked with him to refinance my mortgage recently and words just can't express what a wonderful job he did. Bruce helped me lower my interest rate and lower monthly payment and was always readily available to answer questions and discuss various options. I would recommend anyone needing a mortgage loan or looking to refinance to work with Bruce and Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation!
